Children's privacy
FairGame is used to run youth sports tournaments, so the platform may contain information about young participants. This information is entered and managed by the organizers running each tournament, who are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so; for that data we act on their instructions. We do not knowingly create accounts for children, and account holders must be adults or representatives of an organization.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
