The admin app's left navigation is grouped by what you use each section for. This page is the index: what each one holds, and where it is documented. A few sections only appear when the tournament needs them; the table says which. The groups below describe the navigation order; the sidebar separates them with spacing rather than group headings.

| Summary | Competition totals, scheduling status and setup coverage. The pre-publish check. |
| Schedule | Drag matches onto pitches and auto-schedule the day. See editing the schedule. |
| Matches | Every match with its scheduling status, start time and placement. Export downloads them all as a spreadsheet — the published schedule, or your draft before you first publish. |
| Adaptive rounds | Pairings drawn round by round from live ratings. Only for a tournament with an adaptive Swiss pool — see adaptive rounds. |
| Knockout | Seed and manage the knockout bracket for each category. Only for formats that include a bracket — knockouts, groups then knockout, and the ladders, whose tier cups it shows. |
Manage

| Teams | The tournament's teams, and the spreadsheet import. Called Athletes or Pairs in sports that compete that way. |
| Clubs | Club directory, branding and registration controls. |
| Categories | Category setup, age bands and competition buckets, listed alphabetically with every group and its teams. Add groups and teams, edit and delete in place; each category's own page has an Organize groups tab, where you drag teams between groups. Group pages hold standings and round structure. For ladder formats, also where each category moves to the next day. |
| Venues | The venue groups linked into this tournament, their pitches and availability. |
| Referees | Staff every pitch and close coverage gaps. |

| Fairness | Team strength history, how balanced the draw is, which teams look mis-rated, and how the schedule lays out. |
Preview and settings

| Preview / Public page | Opens the public results site for the tournament. For a draft (Preview), a private two-hour preview link that shows exactly what visitors will see once it is published. |
| Settings | Everything tournament-wide: name and dates, publication, match timing and rest, the two schedulers, feature toggles, registration and the public page. |
The tournament dropdown at the top of the sidebar contains tournament switching, All tournaments and Create tournament. On the tournament list, New from template opens the template library and builder. Organization switching is available only beside the wordmark on the tournament list. The avatar account menu contains account Preferences, including language, appearance and permission-gated Members. The pinned sidebar Settings link instead opens the current tournament’s settings.
